Refund Policy
Booking Deposits
All projects require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. This deposit secures your shoot date and begins the planning and resourcing process. Deposits are typically non-refundable, except in cases where Vidsta cancels the project or in cases Vidsta deem fair and reasonable to return the booking deposit. For example in cases of genuine emergency with reasonable notice we will approve a refund as a gesture of good will.
Cancellations
More than 7 days prior to the shoot: We can reschedule your shoot without penalty. No refund of the deposit will be issued.
Less than 7 days prior: A 25% cancellation fee (of the total project cost) applies, due to the allocation of crew and resources.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the shoot fee will be charged.
Refunds on Completed Works
Refunds will not be issued once filming or editing has commenced. However, if you are genuinely unsatisfied with the final product, we will:
- Offer up to two additional rounds of reasonable revisions at no additional cost.
- Work with you to resolve specific concerns within the scope of the original brief.
With that said we do provide refunds at our discretion within 30 business days. If the project scope changes significantly after booking, a revised quote will be issued. Refunds are not available for unused inclusions if removed after booking.
